Black Rose Quartz also known as smokey quartz is one of my favorite stones! It has been a constant ally in my healing journey. Whenever I feel unbalanced or ungrounded, I always reach for my crystals and Black Rose Quartz is my go too for gentle protection and stability. Unlike other dark crystals which can have an overwhelming dense energy, Black Rose Quartz is gentle yet so powerful. It helps to draw white light into the lower chakras. Cleansing and transmuting all dark energy into pure divine light. The lower chakras are the chakras that correlate to our physical and emotional identity. They help keep you grounded, protected from outside energies or entities and connected to the physical world . Think of it this way, our upper chakras keep us connected to the higher realms. The angelic realms, heaven, god, our meditative minds or overactive minds when unbalanced. When we feel we are too much in our heads, overthinking and scattered its time to get grounded. Black Rose quartz will help to draw all the energy from our heads and bring it down into your root chakra at the base of your spine, to connect you with the planet. Mother Earth has her own healing energy that our physical bodies need in order to stay healthy. Using crystals connects us with her energy and her magnetic field. Black Rose quartz brings us back into balance. It helps us feel strengthened, stable, safe, protected and at home again in the physical plane.

Unlike the popular black tourmaline used for protection, Watermelon Tourmalines pink crystal carries with it heart healing energy, root chakra energy and sacral chakra energy! It helps to balance your lower chakras as well as your heart. It’s great for someone who needs to heal from a broken heart or wants to open their heart again to new relationships be it friendships or romantic. The green crystal connects us to the energy of prosperity and abundance. Abundance in all things not just monetary. It also connects us to the energies of the fae. Rose Quartz Beauty Boutique is not responsible if the package is lost in transit. If the package is not delivered, please contact your local United States Post Office. Once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. We accept returns within 15 days from when your order is received. Please review our Return Policy Guidelines below:

Return shipping is a flat rate $12 and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
-All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns for bodysuits, bathing suits or panties due to hygienic purposes. All jewelry, accessories, beauty products and sale items are final sale.

We're unable to process an exchange at this time, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.
How to Process a Return:
Simply email us at (customer care email) with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once your return has been approved a return label will be sent to your email address.
Please be sure your return is in the exact same condition as it was received. Returns must be shipped back in packaging that it was shipped in, or a waterproof bag to prevent damage in the shipping process. Any damaged items will not be eligible for a refund, including items shipped back that were damaged in the shipping process.
A refund will be issued back to your original form of payment after we have received and reviewed your package for any damages. Once your return has been received, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Your item will not be eligible for a return or exchange if it has any odors (good or bad) or stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.
All shipping fees that occur during a return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
