Customer Care: We are happy to assist you with your purchase or answer any questions you may have. Customer Care is available at rosequartzbeautyboutique@gmail.com Please email us with your concerns and we will contact you within 24 hours.


Shipping: All shipping costs will be at buyer's expense. Delivery options include standard USPS shipping (5-7 business days) We do not ship on weekends. Rose Quartz Beauty Boutique is not responsible if the package is lost in transit. If the package is not delivered, please contact your local United States Post Office. Once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. By making a purchase with us, you agree Rose Quartz Beauty Boutique will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.


Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days from when your order is received. Please review our Return Policy Guidelines below:


Return Guidelines:

Return shipping is a flat rate $12 and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

-All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns for bodysuits, bathing suits or panties due to hygienic purposes. All jewelry, handbags, accessories, beauty products,  and sale items are final sale. 

-Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned. -International orders are final sale.

-ALL items sold at our open markets, live(video) sales or pop up shops are final sale. 


Exchanges:

We're unable to process an exchange at this time, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your  return separately.


How to Process a Return:

Simply email us at (customer care email) with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once your return has been approved a return  label will be sent to your email address.

Please be sure your return is in the exact same condition as it was received. Returns must be shipped back in packaging that it was shipped in, or a waterproof bag to prevent damage in the shipping process. Any damaged items will not be eligible for a refund, including items shipped back that were damaged in the shipping process. 

 A refund will be issued back to your original form of payment after we have received and reviewed your package for any damages. Once your return has been received, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Your item will not be eligible for a return or exchange if it has any odors (good or bad) or stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc. 


All shipping fees that occur during a return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift Return:

 If you received an item as a gift, please reach out and we'd be happy to issue store credit.

 

Gift Cards and Credits: Rose Quartz Beauty Boutique gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50 & $100. Gift cards never expire.

Custom Orders: Why YES! We would love to piece together a custom care package for you! We’re happy to do one-of-a-kind custom care package for you or someone you love. Please inquire directly to our Custom care email and type “Custom Care Package” in the subject line.


Financing & Payments: We do offer installment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four installments, due every 2 weeks. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.

 

Jewelry Care: Perfume, body oils, lotion, soap, chlorine from showers or pools are just a few chemicals that will hinder any type of metal. If you would like your jewelry pieces to last and look brand new be sure to take care of our pieces and when you are not wearing them place them in a jewelry box, airtight bag or shaded area that is not directly exposed to sunlight. Also, if you'd like to clean your jewelry DO NOT use any dipping liquids. Simply, rinse with water and foamy natural chemical-free soap then dry with paper towel.

If you receive a defective item, please email us at our customer care email within 7 business days of delivery date. Please reference the actual delivery date with the tracking number. Repairs are only accepted with a "return to sender" shipping label.

Customer Responsibility: Rose Quartz Beauty Boutique cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.

 

These Terms of Use are effective as of 4/18/2023 We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms of Use from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms of Use and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.
